iPad Versus iPod Touch

The iPad has been criticised as just being a giant iPod touch however it is much more than that. The iPad undoubtedly has good specifications but the iPod touch does have the edge in size. The iPad is probably about 4 times the size of the iPad.

The iPad has far more apps than the iPod touch because it can play all the iPod's apps and it has thousands of unique ones. I personally think the iPad is good at playing apps because of its larger screen and high resolution screen although some citizen may disagree and say that it is too big to play games on and the iPod touch is much better.

Ipad

The iPad may not be as good as a laptop but it is closer to being one than the iPod. It can create word documents, spreadsheets and powerpoints. It also has a Photoshop app and iBooks. I think iBooks are probably the main attraction of the iPad because you do not have to carry hundreds of books with you, instead you can carry an iPad that has all your favorite books on, you can browse the web, emails and play apps.

A new iPod touch has come out and it has some very good features. It has facetime, like the iPhone 4, this is a lot like Skype because you have to have an internet association to use it but this is a huge upside to the iPod touch because it is 1 step closer to being a phone. Apple have also updated the screen which has far good than any former model. I think the best bit is that it now has Hd video recording! It s 720p (most Hd Tvs are 1080p), you can also edit it. The downside to this is that it costs .99 from the app store.
